Fact #1: There is an Overload of Information and Often Ineffective Contradictory Advice on How to Treat Acne

Some acne “gurus” tell you to avoid all fruits, soy, and carbohydrates, others say soy is actually good for your health and that consuming whole grains and some fruits wouldn’t interfere with your acne healing process. Some say vitamin B-5 is excellent; Others say to avoid it at all costs. Some point out that benzoyl peroxide is great for treating acne, others say they can actually aggravate your condition. Some say that the only way to cure acne is the application of a skin cleansing diet, others express that diet is not a deciding factor when it comes to curing acne, probiotics are. I can give you a dozen more examples, but you get it.

All these so-called acne “experts” give arguments that sound completely logical. But who the hell is I supposed to believe?
